A winning scenario is to provide Ukraine what it needs to defeat Russian aggression. Longer-range precision weapons such as the 300km ATACMS and combat aircraft such as the F16 would enable Ukraine to make Crimea untenable for Russia which is key for Ukrainian victory. Once Russia is defeated, negotiations should seal Ukrainian sovereignty, freedom, and territorial integrity. NATO membership would provide a security guarantee to deter further Russian aggression and improve European security overall. China will take note. – As argues our speaker.
