Philip Manow , born in 1963, is a political scientist and Professor of International Political Economy at the University of Siegen. His most recent book published by edition suhrkamp was “Unter Beobachtung. Die Bestimmung der liberalen Demokratie und ihrer Freunde” ("Under observation. The Destiny of Liberal Democracy and its Friends").
